Trading window: ±5 minutes around any Red Folder or High Impact news event published on:
Forex Factory (red folder icon)
FXStreet Economic Calendar (red or high impact flag)
During the restricted window:
✘ Opening new positions is forbidden
✘ Increasing existing positions is forbidden
✘ Closing, partial closing, and moving SL or TP on existing positions is not permitted
All times refer to the trading platform’s server time.
Breach Consequences
A. Challenge or Evaluation Phase (Phase 1 and Phase 2)
Any violation of the High Impact News Trading Restriction results in an immediate breach of the account.
No retry is provided. The challenge is failed and no refund is issued.
B. Funded Phase
Any violation of the High Impact News Trading Restriction results in immediate termination of the funded account.
No retry is provided and no further payouts are made.
Attempts to bypass these rules in any way will result in permanent disqualification from all company services.
