Free Retry – Eligibility & Terms

Learn when a Free Retry is available and the rules you must follow to qualify.

Updated over 3 months ago

At EverBlue Trader, we understand that traders sometimes fall short due to a rule breach which is why we offer one Free Retry per challenge account under clearly defined conditions. The Free Retry allows you to restart your evaluation without repurchasing a new challenge, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

Important Notice

  • Accounts purchased through any promotion, discount, competition, giveaway, or special offer are not eligible for a Free Retry. Only accounts purchased at full price directly through the EverBlue Trader website qualify.

  • Abuse or repeated misuse of the Free Retry policy will result in permanent disqualification from future offers.

Eligibility Criteria

A Free Retry is available only if you fail Phase 1 or Phase 2 of a 2-Step Challenge due to one of the following rule breaches:

  • Lot Size Violation

  • 6-Minute Minimum Holding Time Violation

  • Daily Drawdown Limit Breach

  • Overall Drawdown Limit Breach You must have followed all other trading rules throughout the evaluation period to qualify. If multiple rules were broken, the Free Retry will not be granted.

Request Procedure To claim your Free Retry:

  1. You must email our Support Team within 72 hours of your account failing.

  2. Clearly include your account number and registered email address in your request.

  3. Our Compliance Team will review your account activity to confirm eligibility.

Conditions of the Free Retry

  • Only one Free Retry per account is permitted.

  • The retry will be issued with the same account size, leverage, and trading conditions as your original challenge.

  • The Free Retry cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash value.

  • If a Free Retry is granted and later found to be based on inaccurate or incomplete information, it will be revoked.

Note

The Free Retry is designed to give traders a fair second chance, not to reset poor discipline or over-leverage. Please ensure you fully understand and follow all account rules before requesting your retry.
