Refunds are only issued once you have successfully passed the evaluation, reached the funded phase, and made your first withdrawal. The refund of your challenge fee is added together with that first payout.
Important notes:
No refunds are given during Phase 1 or Phase 2 of the challenge.
No refunds are given during the funded phase until your first withdrawal.
No refunds are given on failed challenges or if any rules are broken.
Each trader is eligible for one refund per account.
